BE a Blessing

October 3, 2013

Be sensitive, and not dull.

Be alert, and not asleep.

Be obedient, and not willful.

Be excellent, and not sloppy.

Be attentive, and not distracted.

Be diligent, and not lazy.

Be humble, and not proud.

Be generous, and not stingy.

Be a student, and not a scoffer.

Be a blessing, and not a curse.

Be at peace, and not in turmoil.

Be at rest, and not driven.

Be clear minded, focused on what My word says, not dwelling on       circumstances and situations with despair or hopelessness.

Be an encourager, and not a complainer.

Be a lover of God and people, not self-absorbed.

Be an influential leader, not a thoughtless follower.

Be an intensive searcher for all that is good and all that is of God      rather than a reluctant recluse.

Be joyful, rejoicing always, and not sad or sullen.

Be a seeker and a dispenser of truth, not a lair for lies.

Be compassionate, and not hard-hearted.

Be passionate and active, not passive.

Be purposeful, and not thoughtless.

Be a lover of God.

Be fruitful and multiply.
